Virranniemi

Virranniemi is a cosy and comfortable lakeside cottage for 2+4 guests in Heinävesi, Lakeland. The cottage is located on a private peninsula where guests can enjoy passing boats and beautiful lake views in three directions.  

Accommodation provided in all on one level and there is a lovely open plan living and dining area with a sofa, TV and a traditional baking oven / fireplace for added warmth and cosiness. A homely kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and hobs, microwave, fridge and a freezer is located next to the living area. 

Walking through the kitchen you will arrive in a comfortable double bedroom that has direct access to a WC, utility area with a washing machine, bathroom with a shower and a lovely wood-heated sauna.  

There are two extra beds available on a sofa bed in the living area and two additional beds on a second sofa bed close to the living area. Air source heat pump with a cooling function for hot summer days and wi-fi via mobile broadband modem. Drinking water can be enjoyed from a separate tap in the kitchen or bought bottled from a supermarket in Heinävesi. 

Large terrace outside can be accessed both from the living area and directly from sauna. The terrace enjoys lovely lake views and there is an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals in summertime, as well as a big gas BBQ for fun summer barbecues. The private lake shore has a pier and a rowing boat, that guest can use for fishing or exploring the lake.
