We process your personal data when you join our service and when we invoice you for the annual fee once a year. Companies are also asked for their company name, address and business registration number.

You also have the right to demand that we delete your personal data from our customer register when you terminate our service contract. Requests must be submitted to us in writing by email. The customer has the right to file a complaint about the registry operation, and in Finland complaints are directed to the office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Your personal information is needed so that we can register you as our customer and so that we can offer your holiday home for renting via our service. Your personal data is used to confirm your identity when you join the service and later to keep in touch, so that we can keep you updated with, for example, changes, updates and renewals of our service, as well as possible temporary interruptions to our service.

Your personal data is maintained in our customer register. Some data, for example contact details, may also be displayed on our website with your permission, to allow users of our service to contact you with cottage rental inquiries.

We collect your personal data using the registration form for our service, which you fill out when you join us. We may also collect personal data from you via email if we need to supplement the information you provided on the registration form.

Legal justification for processing your personal data

Your personal data is processed because we need confirmation of your identity before we can add your holiday apartment to our service. We confirm the identity of all our partners before we accept a new holiday home, so that we can offer our service users a safe and reliable accommodation rental service. In the future, your personal data will be needed to maintain our service and to collect annual fees via invoice once a year. We will retain relevant data for up to six years for legal and accounting purposes.

How your personal information is shared

We will never disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your name and email address will be shared with the organisation providing our newsletter.
