Villa Sifre

Villa Sifre is a luxurious four bedroom seaside villa for up to 9+5 guests in Kustavi, in the fascinating Turku archipelago. Built in 2024, this sumptuous villa is located in a glorious natural setting with uninterrupted sea views of the enticing archipelago. The heart of this high quality villa is the impressive open plan living area, where large panorama windows maximise the light and the amazing sea views. There is a luxurious kitchen, where you will find high quality kitchen appliances and beautiful dishes, a stylish dining table for 6, comfortable sofa and a lovely log fire. The living area also includes a cosy TV area with a comfy sofa and Smart TV. There are four comfortable bedrooms that all include high standard beds and mattresses. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and amazing floor to ceiling windows that allow guests to admire the sea views from their beds. One of these bedrooms has a door to the extensive terrace. The third bedroom in the villa has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds for two, as well as a single bed. Extra beds are available on two sofa beds in the living area and there are additional mattresses available also, if required. The stylish bathroom has a WC, two showers and a beautiful electric sauna. A separate WC / shower room is also provided. Baby travel cot, board games, binoculars and a telescope. Air conditioning, fire alarm, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.  

There is a large 150 m2 terrace outside, where guests can relax on sun loungers or dine al fresco in the fresh sea air. The terrace also has a lovely hot tub, that is available for guests for an additional charge (200€). The sea views from the terrace are truly out of this world and the terrace is a lovely setting for guests to relax, eat and spend time together. Wooden steps lead down to the extensive sea shore, which is over 100 m long. Guests will find a private pier and a rowing boat by the shore. The villa can be reached via a small car ferry that operates regularly all year round. You can drive all the way to the property and an electric car can be charged using the villa’s own charging point. The nearest services are in nearby Kustavi, where guests can buy their groceries and restaurant services are also available in the village.
