Villa Pihlajanmarja

Villa Pihlajanmarja is a handsome log cabin for 4+1 guests by the sea in the beautiful Tammisaari archipelago, in Southern Finland. The cabin is located in a delightful seaside peninsula and there are green pine forests, gorgeous rocky shores and enchanting sea views all around. The spacious cabin has a comfortable living room with two comfy sofas, two armchairs, a TV and beautiful stone fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could need for cooking delicious meals, and the cosy dining area has seating for 4. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a 160 cm double bed, while the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and one also includes a small working area with a desk. One extra bed is available by prior request for an additional charge (49€ / week). When the evening comes, enjoy a hot shower in the bathroom and relax in the traditional wood-heated sauna while logs crackle in the stove. The cabin also has a separate WC and an entrance hall. All in all, Villa Pihlajanmarja offers holidaymakers a high quality holiday rental, where everything is well prepared for your arrival, so you can start enjoying your holiday straight away. There is a lovely outdoor terrace with a big Weber gas BBQ, pretty hanging chair and an outdoor dining set for 4 guests. The terrace also has a lovely Drop pool hot tub, which guests can use for an additional charge (390€ / week). The front terrace also has two sun loungers. The sea can be reached easily by foot in just one minute. There is a small sandy beach and a charming swimming lagoon by the shore. A rowing boat is also provided for fishing or exploring the archipelago. You can also bring your own boat or jet skis to the shore, if you want. In addition to water activities, the area also includes fine tennis courts, that are also available for your party for an additional charge (290€ / week).

The cabin can be easily reached from Helsinki or Turku by car in just 90 minutes. A good road leads all the way to the cabin and there are no ferry crossings along the way. You can also arrive by boat, if you prefer. The nearest services are located in Tammisaari, where you can do your food shopping and enjoy restaurants and idyllic summer cafes. Tammisaari old town with it’s pretty wooden houses is one of the most beautiful in Finland and the town delights numerous visitors every year with it’s charming atmosphere. In addition to Tammisaari, there are also many other interesting places to explore nearby. Hanko with it’s long sandy beaches and cute wooden villas is a popular holiday destination amongst the Finns, while the charming villages of Fiskars and Mathildedal also offer ideal day trip destinations.

PRICES: From 295€ / night for 4 guests. Booking calendar quotes prices inclusive of final cleaning at 250€ and bed linen and towels at 42,50€ / person. A security deposit of 1500€ is required before your stay and is returned afterwards, if the cabin and it’s surrounds have not been damaged.
