Villa Luxus Helmi 1 is a brand new premium villa completed in June 2024 located in the Golf Resort area of Himos. The villa covers a total of 210m2 on three levels and there are beds for up to 20+4 guests. The prestigious and luxurious villa is equipped with top quality materials and furniture throughout. The entrance level of the villa has a modern kitchen, large dining table for 16 people and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing and socialising. The high ceiling and large windows overlooking Himos golf course create a light and airy atmosphere. The entrance level also includes one bedroom and a WC. The living space continues on a wide terrace where there is a large dining table and a handy gas grill for barbecues.

The lower level of the villa has three comfortable bedrooms, a second WC, stylish bathroom with two showers and a lovely electric sauna. The lower level also has access outdoors to a terrace with seating and a large covered hot tub (additional charge). The highest level of the villa has a third WC and four attractive bedrooms. Each bedroom in the villa has 2-4 single beds and there are also two sofa beds in the lower level and the living room.

The accommodation is well-suited to large groups of guests as well as business meetings. A flip board, travel cot and a baby high chair are available to order by prior request. Please enquire about these at the time of your booking. The villa is located in the heart of Himos just a stone’s throw away from Himos Arena and all essential services in the resort.
