Charming lakeside cottage for up to 6 people in Linnansaari National Park by Lake Saimaa. Kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, utility room, dressing room, shower room, sauna with electric stove, WC and terrace. Sofa bed for two in living area.
Wooden steps lead down to a lakeside sauna and private rocky shore. There’s also a pier, rowing boat and grill hut. Wi-Fi, motorboat and fishing licences available for an additional charge. Canoe hire can be arranged locally. Explore Savonlinna and the medieval Olavinlinna Castle, enjoy the amazing scenery in Punkaharju Conservation Area, admire the world’s biggest wooden church in Kerimäki, and visit Lusto – The Finnish Forest Museum.
Turjanlinna can be booked together with the neighbouring cottage Turja, for example if two families are holidaying together. The cottages are just 300m apart, but no visibility between them.

Mökkiloma oli oikein onnistunut Turjanlinnassa. Ystävällinen palvelu, mukava ja toimiva mökki kokonaisuus. Rantasauna oli ihan paras!

Turjanlinna was a nice cottage and we liked it. I will recommend the cottage to friends or family. Specially I like the two saunas. So we can used different temperatures. All things were very well.

We had a fabulous week. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel that we could call on them at any time. The cabin was everything we had dreamed it would be and the sauna by the lake was a nightly treat. Everything was immaculate and Finnishly clean. All in all the cabin is a dream hideaway and my wife, my two children and I loved being in the middle of pristine nature for a week.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Finland. The country was absolutely beautiful and my whole family totally and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The log cabin was totally brilliant. The owners were really helpful when we first arrived and although we did not need their help during the two weeks we always felt heartened that they were only a phone call away.
