Secluded lakeside cottage for up to 8 guests, in peaceful rural setting and perfect for a family holiday any time of year. The surrounding countryside is great for berry-picking, walking and cycling, and guests can meet the cottage owner’s sheep who live in the nearby woods and fields. Downstairs, the cottage has a kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, utility/changing room, shower room, wood burning sauna and WC. Upstairs has a second living room, two twin bedrooms and a second WC. Sofa bed for two in upstairs living area. Baby bed available by prior request.
Outside is a terrace, with steps leading to a barbecue shelter, campfire spot and private lake shore. A hot tub and a traditional lakeside sauna, which can be ready-heated for you, is available for an additional charge. A kayak, canoes, bicycles, mountain bikes, fat bikes, e-bikes, snowshoes, skis, ice skates, fishing equipment and an outboard motor are also available to hire. A ski school, peat sauna, herb trips, canoeing guidance, nature excursions and an evening fishing trip with a local guide can also be booked for an additional charge. Our group of eight adults and children spent a blissful week in late August at your beautiful lakeside cottage. It was so comfortable and well-equipped. The children enjoyed the toys and games very much, as well as meeting your herd of sheep and your dog. We enjoyed the rowboat, canoe, bonfire and even swam. The forest walks around the villa were excellent as well. We hope that we have the opportunity to visit again.

Tainan Tupa was one of the most comfortable holiday houses we have ever stayed in! There was enough room for all our family. The cottage is so well thought out, that we could feel as at home. Every evening our family enjoyed the sunset on the lake and had a fire in a special open fireplace. The sauna is fantastic. Highly recommend and hope to return.
