A large lakeside cottage situated in Punkaharju in the stunning Saimaa region of the Finnish lake district. This three-bedroom property can accommodate up to 12 guests and is ideal for a big family group or two families holidaying together. Downstairs is a spacious living room with fireplace and Smart TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, an always-ready electric sauna, changing room, two separate WCs and a double shower room with jacuzzi. Upstairs is a third bedroom with four single beds. For additional guests, two single mattress beds are available in the loft, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Baby bed and high chair are available by prior request.

Outside is a covered terrace and a large patio with a garden swing. There is also a fantastic grill shelter with both gas and wood grill. Timber steps lead down to a traditional lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and then onwards to the lake shore, where you will find a private jetty for relaxing by the water and a rowing boat for exploring the lake. Visit the owner’s farm nearby to meet cows, cats and chickens. Bicycles available to hire from the owners.
