We handle your personal data when you join our service and when we invoice you for the annual fee. The personal data handled includes your name, personal ID, address, telephone number and email address. Businesses are also asked for their company name and business registration number.

You can also ask us to delete your personal data from our customer register when you terminate our service contract. Your personal data is collected so we can confirm your identity before we add your holiday property to our service. We confirm the identity of all our cottage owner partners before we accept their holiday property to our service, so that we can offer our service users a safe and reliable cottage rental service. After singing-up, your personal data will be needed for day to day running of your service and for sending you our invoice once a year. We will retain all your personal data for six years for legal and accounting purposes.
In order for us to be able to open a WebiaBooking account for you, which you will need for managing your own holiday property, updating availability and setting your rental prices for our platforms, your name and email address will be shared with our technical partner Webia Oy (Business ID 3013481-9, email: info@webia.fi, phone: +358 45 783 61180, https://webia.fi). As a WebiaBooking user you have access to Webia’s own technical support and get information about any system updates and possible interruptions or changes to the service or the technical support directly to your own email.
If you have ordered our newsletter, your name and email address is shared with our newsletter provider MailChimp, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. MailChimp operates in accordance with strict obligations and responsibilities, protecting your privacy and following the settings you choose (subscription/cancellation).
Your personal data will be shared with other parties only if there is a legal responsibility for us to do so. We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
