Päivänsäde is a cosy lakeside log cabin for 2+4 guests in Toivakka, Jyväskylä, in Central Finland. The entrance floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, double bedroom and a WC.
The lower floor has a second living room with fireplace, and a shower/sauna room with wood-heated stove. Exterior access only to lower ground floor.
Two double sofa beds. Terrace. Baby bed and highchair available by prior request.
The grounds include a swing, pier, a floating terrace, a charcoal grill, barbecue shelter and rowing boat. A hot tub, paddle board, bicycle and snowshoes available for an additional charge.
DISTANCES: Lake shore 50 m, Toivakka (supermarket, cafe) 6 km, Jyväskylä 28 km, Leivonmäki National Park 35 km and Helsinki airport 242 km.
PRICES: From 71€ / night. Bed linen and towels 10€ / person. Final cleaning 100€.

We had a successful holiday. We liked the place. Sauna and grill worked well and the lakeside terrace was lovely. We are happy to recommend the place. It was nice to have a washing machine and there was a new TV and teliatv via internet, so my husband could watch football. The owner was nice and ensured that everything was ok and that we had arrived safely.
