Our service for owners

We offer cottage owners high-quality advertising for their properties and give them the freedom to take bookings on their own terms. We actively market holiday homes via our websites and social media accounts, reaching a wide audience of Finnish and international travellers. Holiday properties are booked direct from the owner and there is no commission to pay. We charge a set annual fee and nothing more. Property owners have full control of how bookings are made and paid for. They get to decide their own house rules, rental prices, additional services, booking conditions and payment methods.

• Join our service quickly and easily by providing the basic details of your cottage or holiday home using our short and sweet sign-up form.
• We make a beautiful cottage presentation for you in Finnish and English. You add rental prices, additional services and availability.
• You decide your own rental prices and set your own booking and payment terms. You can change the prices as often as you wish.
• You choose your own preferred payment methods from invoice, cash and online payments (requires a Visma Pay account).
• You can take bookings online, by email, phone and WhatsApp, and you can also direct customers to your own online store.
• You can choose how much deposit to take, or if you want the whole payment at once. Send invoices with the click of a button.
• Your booking terms are available for customers to read at the time of booking and must be agreed to before making a reservation.
• You can manage your own bookings and cottage details. Synchronise calendars with Booking.com, Airbnb and Google.
