Kuhmanne is a spacious and comfortable lakeside cabin for 8+2 (15) guests in idyllic and private rural setting in Suonenjoki, Lakeland.
The cottage is set on two levels and downstairs has a large open plan space that is over 4 meters high at the highest point. The space includes a comfortable living room with a large corner sofa and TV, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer and a baking oven fireplace, and a lovely family dining area for up to 10 people.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one of which has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The downstairs also features a utility / changing room, spacious bathroom with a shower cabinet and WC, and a lovely sauna that can be heated both with electrity and logs.
Upstairs has a cosy sitting area with TV, as well as two spacious bedrooms, both of which have two single beds. There is also a second WC and a small area on the landing where extra mattress beds can be placed, if required.
Baby bed and high chair. Air source heat pump with a cooling function. Drinking water in the kitchen will be received from Doulton water cleaning tap.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace and extensive grounds for relaxing and for children to play in. Outdoor furniture, as well as two garden swings, a disc golf basket, swings for children and a traditional fire pit are all provided.
By the lake shore, guests will also have a use of a grill hut, volleyball / badminton net, private pier, rowing boat and a lovely wood-heated lakeside sauna. A small sitting room next to the steam room has a fireplace for relaxing and socialising after sauna.
Motor boats and a canoe can be hired from the owners.

We had a wonderful time at Kuhmanne cottage. Sirkku and Jorma were so friendly and they gave us the best hospitality you could ever expect. The cottage itself was great. The weather was almost perfect. Sunsets were stunning. Just awesome.
