Kankku 4

Kankku 4 is a cosy and comfortable log cabin for 8+4 guests, located in the peaceful Keskirakka area of Levi ski resort. The cabin has a lovely woodland setting, yet the many services and ski slopes of Levi village are just a short distance away. The accommodation has been beautifully decorated and is set on two levels, offering comfort and space even for a larger family or a group of friends. There is a lovely living room downstairs with a relaxing sofa and arm chair, beautiful log fire, 55″ Smart TV and a home theatre. The adjacent kitchen has excellent amenities, including a dishwasher, induction stove, convection oven, fridge freezer and a large dining table for 7 guests. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a 180 cm wide double bed (beds can also be separated), while the other bedroom has a 120 cm wide double bed. After the day’s activities, enjoy a hot shower in the refurbished bathroom and relax in the stylish sauna with a handy electric stove. There is also a WC and an entrance hall with large wardrobes to hold your winter clothing and boots.  

Sturdy wooden stairs lead upstairs where you will find a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed, arm chair and a coffee table. A third bedroom upstairs has four single beds and a 42″ HD-TV and a Blu-ray player for watching movies and TV series while relaxing on your comfy bed. Two additional portable mattresses are also provided. There is a child safety gate on the stairs, high chair and a child-size camping bed. Cable TV. Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cupboard. Cooling air conditioning in summer for an additional charge (35€ / week).

The cabin has a spacious yard, where you will find car heating points for winter driving, as well as an idyllic grill hut, where you can barbecue sausages, or other snacks of your choice, on an open fire in any season. Snowmobile trails are accessible directly from the yard and the nearest Ski Bus stop and cross-country ski tracks are located just 150 m away. If downhill skiing is more your cup of tea, Levi has many ski slopes and the nearest ones are located in Levi Centre about 1,5 km away. Explore Lapland’s wild nature with snowshoes, look for Northern Lights dancing in the sky, try winter fat biking or take part in a reindeer, husky or snowmobile safari. In summer, play golf under the Midnight Sun, experience the many nature trails for mountain biking, hiking and canoeing, or visit a local husky or reindeer farm.

DISTANCES: Ski Bus and cross-country ski tracks 150 m, downhill ski slopes 1,5 km, Levi Centre (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) 1,5 km, Levi Golf 2,3 km, Levi Hotel Spa 2,5 km and Kittilä airport 16 km.

PRICES: From 64€ / night. Bed linen and towels 34€ / person. During peak season weeks 1, 8-18, 52 and 53 we require final cleaning. Otherwise by agreement 165€.  Possibility for 2 ski lift passes.
