There is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a cosy living room with a fireplace and large corner sofa. The entertainment equipment includes karaoke, Netflix, Chromecast and a Play Station 4 Pro. There is a double bedroom, plus one room with bunk beds and a single bed. The property also includes a sauna with electric stove, a WC, a shower room (with an additional WC), changing room and utility area. Sofa bed in living room.

Outside is a large terrace with comfortable seating, a handy gas grill and a fabulous Jacuzzi for up to five people. An outdoor storage, a charging point for an electric car and varied sports equipment are also provided. Two mountain bikes can be hired for an additional charge. Cross-country ski tracks in winter. Fun activities in Jämi include paintballing, sky diving, kayaking and mountain biking. Visit the Jämi Maat Adventure Park, or ski in the local ski tunnel whatever the season. Jämijärvi Lake 300m, restaurant 600m, Jämi Maat Adventure Park 1.4km, Mielahti beach for swimming 2.5km, K-Market Jämijärvi 6.5km, Ikaalinen Spa 20km, Tampere Airport 59km, Tampere 70km and Helsinki 250km.
