Traditional log cabin for up to 6 guests in Kelosyöte area of Syöte, in a quiet woodland setting by Kovalampi Lake. Kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, one double bedroom, one bedroom with sofa bed for two, WC. Another sofa bed for two in living area. Enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of Finland’s southernmost fells. The area has a network of nature trails and cross-country ski tracks to explore. We had an amazing holiday staying in this log cabin. It was so peaceful and quiet and was in lovely surroundings of the forest. Everywhere was covered in snow but our cabin had underfloor heating which kept the cabin very warm. The log fire also meant that we could have an open fire and roast marshmallows on it of an evening! The cabin provided all the amenities that we needed for our week there. The lake outside the cabin was frozen over but you could walk on it which was pretty cool. We stood on this lake and watched the fireworks over the ski slopes on New Year’s Eve with some sparklers we had bought from the supermarket! One of the most memorable holidays we’ve ever had!
