Himoksen Timantti

Himoksen Timantti is a luxury villa for 16 guests located in Himos resort in Jämsä. The spacious and prestigious villa is set on two levels with an area of 223 m2 plus another 100m2 or so on covered terraces. The entry level includes a beautiful living room with a large corner sofa, fireplace, 65″ TV and a high quality sound system. The modern kitchen has two fridges, a breakfast cupboard, high quality appliances and a stylish kitchen island. The sizable dining table seats 16 people. This level also includes a WC/shower room and three bedrooms, one of which is a queen size double, one is a twin and one is a triple. The living space extends outdoors to a spacious covered balcony that has a large dining table for 18 people and a separate glazed barbecue area where you will find relaxing chairs and a large gas grill for barbecues. 

The lower level of the villa has a pleasant living area with two comfortable sofas, a second 65″ TV, karaoke and a sitting area with table for cooling down after sauna. One of the sofas opens out to form an additional bed for two guests, if required. There are also three bedrooms, one of which is a triple and two of which are twins. The lower level also includes a two seater make-up table, 2 WCs and a stylish bathroom with two showers and a spacious electric sauna for up to 10 guests. A cupboard with a sliding door in the entrance area hides a washing machine, drying cabinet and a fridge for cold drinks after sauna. The living space on the lower level also extends outside to a covered terrace with a top of the range Novitek Ylläs hot tub for 9 people (additional charge) and a sofa group for relaxing in good company. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, air source heat pump and keyless smart locking.

The villa has a beautiful setting in the Golf Resort area of Himos and is therefore located close to all essential services in the resort. Fine views of the golf course and Himos can be enjoyed from the villa, which caters for family holidays as well as meetings for small or large groups. Rental prices include electric car charging at the villa.
