Villa LeviGate – Kätkänlinna A1 is an attractive 3-storey cabin for 6+2 guests in Levi Ski Resort, just a short distance from the resort centre. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities in the resort are easily accessible by foot. The main living space of this bright and modern holiday home is on the middle floor. The well-equipped kitchen has high-quality Miele appliances, Arabia tableware for 12 and a dining table for six. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, 46″ Smart TV and a beautiful fireplace. On this floor there is also a WC and shower and two twin bedrooms. A third bedroom, that has twin beds and two additional beds that fold down from the wall, is located on the lower floor. The lower floor also has a cosy TV/living room with Android Smart TV, Google Chromecast and a PlayStation 4 (which also works as a Blu-ray/DVD player, please bring your own games and movies). TV room’s sofa bed is providing extra beds for two people if needed. There is also a spacious utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, WC and shower, and access outdoors.

The upper floor has a lovely sauna, WC and a bathroom with two high-quality showers and a whirlpool bath. The upper floor also has a nice and relaxing sitting area. After sauna, you can cool off on the balcony while admiring the stunning Lapland scenery, and maybe you’ll even spot the Northern Lights. There are child safety gates on the stairs, underfloor heating throughout and an air heat pump. Harman/Kardon Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Highchair and travel cot are available by prior request. The property has two parking spaces with car heating plugs and a locked storage room for your skis. Cross country ski tracks can be accessed directly from the grounds and the resort centre is just 700 m away via a footpath.
