Villa LeviGate – Kätkänlinna A1 is an attractive 3-storey cabin for 6+2 guests in Levi Ski Resort, just a short distance from the resort centre. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities in the resort are easily accessible by foot.
The main living space of this bright and modern holiday home is on the middle floor. The well-equipped kitchen has high-quality appliances, Arabia tableware for 12 and a dining table for six. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, 46″ Smart TV and a beautiful fireplace. On this floor there is also a WC and shower and two twin bedrooms.
A third bedroom, that has twin beds and two additional beds that fold down from the wall, is located on the lower floor. The lower floor also has a cosy TV/living room with a bar kitchen and Android Smart TV (Google Chromecast) including a PlayStation 4, which also works as a Blu-ray/DVD player (please bring your own games and movies). There is also a spacious utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, WC and shower, and access outdoors.
The upper floor has a lovely sauna, WC and a bathroom with two high-quality showers and a whirlpool bath. The upper floor also has a nice and relaxing sitting area. After sauna, you can cool off on the balcony while admiring the stunning Lapland scenery, and maybe you’ll even spot the Northern Lights.
There are child safety gates on the stairs, underfloor heating throughout and an air heat pump. Harman/Kardon Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Highchair and travel cot are available by prior request.
The property is including two parking spaces with car heating plugs. Cross country ski tracks can be accessed directly from the grounds and the resort centre is just 700 m away via a footpath.
DISTANCES: Snowmobile trail 300 m, Lake Immeljärvi 400 m and Kittilä Airport 14 km.

Functional property for grandparents and a family with children. The children had their own space downstairs. Cosy cabin and peaceful setting. We were left with great memories.

The week went fast, as we had a functional kitchen, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms set on three levels. We give extra points for a separate TV room and a spacious utility room. The location was good for us. Hiking trails started almost from the yard and we could walk to the shops.

Great accommodation for a family. Villa LeviGate Kätkänlinna A1 was an ideal property for us on week 10, 2024. Beautifully decorated semi-detached cabin, great dishes and kitchen/dining area. We were 5 people, but at times 10 people ate together. Kitchen appliances were good even for cooking gourmet dishes. The house was well sound insulated and we could not hear anything from our neighbours. Sauna department was quite big with two showers and a hot tub. The house is located in a quiet setting, just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Levi centre. It took us 3 minutes to drive to the ski slopes. We would definitely come again. I give the house full marks.

Lovely cabin in a great location, withing walking distance to Levi centre and nature trails amongst beautiful Lapland scenery. We could not hear any noise from our neighbours or from outside. Good cross-country ski tracks ran pass the cabin. Amenities provided were very good (enough dishes for even a larger group and the kitchen had all necessary equipment and appliances). Log fire could be enjoyed while sitting on the sofa. Outdoor terrace was great for cooling down after sauna and hot tub. This cabin can sleep a large group and there is enough space for everyone. Cabin was very clean and well cared for in every way. Booking was easy and communication with owners was great. Good house instructions were found in the cabin. We will come back again!

Clean and high quality cabin. Excellent amenities and everything we needed was available. Peaceful setting, but within walking distance to Levi centre. Cross-country ski tracks and nature trails are very close.

Nice and well equipped holiday home with good location in a quiet area. Cross-country ski tracks run close and Levi centre is just a short walk away. Sauna department with a hot tub upstairs was luxurious. Suited our family needs perfectly.

The cabin has been decorated with high quality materials and towels and bed linen were also of good standard. The biggest challenge was heating the hot tub, as the instructions were missing full details. Sound insulation was non-existing. Fire alarm had a dead battery and it was beeping on our arrival. There could be new batteries available in the cleaning cupboard. We also ran out of kitchen paper early on. Functional floor plan, that suited us perfectly. We had a good holiday.
