The property includes a separate sauna building with traditional wood-heated stove, and its own living area. The private pond has a rowing boat and pier. Timber steps lead down to the shore, allowing guests to easily go for a cooling swim after a hot sauna. The villa has snowshoes, walking poles and sledges for guests to use in winter and a SUP board to enjoy in summer. The nearby Kouvervaara fell offers wonderful hiking and mountain bike routes in the stunning scenery of Kitkajärvi Lake and the famous Pieni Karhunkierros hiking route can be accessed just 25km away.
