Saimaa Lakeside E-135 is a comfortable and modern holiday cottage for 8+2 guests in a beautiful lakeside setting by Lake Saimaa in Ruokolahti. Although the cottage is one of 6 similar cottages in the area, the setting is completely private, so guests can enjoy total privacy when making use of the many amenities available. The cottage is set on two levels and the downstairs has a well equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances, a dining table for 8 guests and a spacious, attractive living room that has a comfy corner sofa, an armchair, TV and a beautiful log fire. The high ceilings and large windows in the living room give a light and airy feel, and allow guests to enjoy the impressive lake views. The downstairs also has a lovely double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, as well as a WC and a bathroom with shower and a handy electric sauna. Upstairs there is an additional shower room, a spacious second WC and three attractive bedrooms. The largest of the bedrooms has a double bed, TV and a work desk, while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. Two extra beds (additional charge), two baby travel cots and a high chair can be ordered by prior arrangement, subject to availability. 

The guest accommodation continues outside with a spacious terrace where comfortable wooden furniture allows you to relax, enjoy the wonderful lake views and to dine al fresco on warm summer days. A handy gas BBQ is also provided for guests to enjoy cooking outdoors. The extensive grounds of the cottage also include a traditional wood grill, where guests can gather in the evenings to enjoy a sausage or two cooked on an open fire. At the lake shore, you will find a lovely wood-heated lakeside sauna and a lakeside terrace with outdoor furniture, a romantic hot tub (extra charge) and two sun loungers. Your private sandy beach is a lovely setting for dipping into the refreshing lake for a swim after a sauna or perhaps after you have enjoyed the hot tub. The long wooden pier is ideal for relaxing on a beautiful summer day or enjoying a sunset in the evening. Guests also have free use of a rowing boat for fishing or exploring the lake and nearby shores. An electric outboard motor, bicycles for adults and children, and a sandpit for toddlers are all complimentary during summer season. A nearby playground for children of all ages can be used by guests free of charge and has a trampoline, ping pong table, badminton net and a football field.
