A high-quality five-bedroom holiday home in the prestigious Kätkä area of Levi resort. Recently renovated, this beautiful semi-detached property has been furnished to a high standard throughout, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful stay for all. Downstairs has a living room with stone fireplace, a kitchen and dining area, a room with double sofa bed (160×200), a separate WC, a sauna with electric stove and a washroom with two showers and a WC. Upstairs there is a third WC and four spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. The owners have chosen high-quality beds and mattress toppers to offer guests the best possible night’s sleep. Beds are already made with Finlayson’s high-quality bedding and towels. Other notable amenities include an Apple TV, an airfryer, an oven with steam function and a PS4. Final cleaning, bed linen made, towels, firewood and two lift tickets are included in the rental price.

The centre of Levi is only a 15-minute walk from your front door, or just five minutes by car. Cross-country ski tracks, snowmobile trails and, in summer, mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside. The cottage has parking for two cars. There is also a Type 2 charging station for an electric car, available for an additional fee. Cross-country ski tracks 100m, Levi centre (supermarkets, restaurants, ski lift) 1km on foot/2km by car. Kittilä Airport 16km.
